- Source & screen applicants for exempt, non-exempt and seasonal position, which includes job posting from job description to numerous job boards, set-up for interviews with company along with issuance of Offer Letter.
- Flat Fees: Seasonal/PT:$1,200Entry level:$5,000Mid-level:$7,500Executive:$10,000
- Review and/or implement organizations onboarding procedures - initial, 30, 60, 90 day.
- Conduct background investigations & E-Verify for all new hires.
- Review and implement retention strategies.
- Review and implement succession planning strategies.
